Mums Group Fitness + Flex & Flo
Being a mum means ALOT of lifting and carrying plus constant repetitive actions. The classes focus on those lifting muscles, core, flexibilty and more! Children always welcome! Happy or cranky, we support each other through the session.
Yoga with Rebecca Brown

Rebecca Brown Yoga focuses on connections within ourselves, as a community
and as a family through the ancient and sacred practice of yoga. Like a drop
making a ripple, the happiness and love will spread. Work on your pranayama (breathing techniques) and mix of flows and stabilizing held postures, sprinkled with a yin posture or two and some yoga games and partner poses to connect
with the kids and each other.
